  • 3-Layer Steel Construction - Featuring polystyrene insulation
    1. Steel - heavy-duty steel - resists warping cracking or splitting
    2. Insulation - 2" thickness
    3. Steel
  • Lifetime limited warranty on sections and hardware; 10 years on windows
  • 4400 model - elegant raised panel design
  • 4401 model - flush wood grain design
  • Pre-painted finish can be painted to match your house color or trim.
  • Rust-proofed with G60 galvanizing. Finish is painted inside and out with baked-on polyester top coat.
  • Window options include single pane, plexiglass, or obscure; interior screws allow for easy replacement
  • Various decorative design options with leaded-look windows or snap-in window looks
  • Extended life cycle nylon rollers
  • Vinyl bottom seal conforms to irregular garag7 floors to form a tight seal against the elements
  • Premium Class Features
  1. 2" thick polystyrene insulation provides R-value of 9.0
  2. Patented Safe-T-Bracket cannot be removed when door is under tension
  3. Rust-proofed aluminum bottom weatherseal retainer. Bottom weatherseal conforms to floor irregularities to provide tight seal
  4. Tongue and groove joint provides tight seal against the elements
  5. Solid steel hinges
  6. Quiet nylon rollers
  7. Painted end stiles provide extra support to hinges and rollers
  8. Step plates, inside and out, allow for easy manual closure
